In this day and age more men are becoming aware of health and wellness, and like to make active programs in order to fulfil this aim.
Therefore, we have developed a therapy-program especially for men to enforce their mental, optical and a healthy situation.
Our package includes:
- 5 overnight stay
- full board (or fasting)
- 1 medical health-check (whole-body-check, ECG, comprehensive blood testing, analysis of results)
- 1 fitness-test
- 1 muscle-relaxation
- 1 heavenly TerraSul-bath
- 1 medical oxygen-therapy
- 1 each working day: mud-treatment (pack or bath) to cleanse the body
- 1 each working day: liver-mud-pack (if fasting)
- 2 massages (back, neck and shoulders)
- each working day: body fitness-training or aqua-jogging
- use of our pool landscape and sauna world
